RAYMOND ADIEPENA

Founder / Managing Director

Raymond Adiepena is the founder and Managing Director of Seabird Ghana Limited. A visionary and entrepreneur with over 10 years in the maritime industry, He has a wide experience in company leadership, advanced shipping and logistics, freight forwarding, as well as financial and market-driven growth.

Raymond Adiepena’s experience is integral to Seabird Ghana’ success, particularly with respect to the leadership, management, development and growth of the company. He collaborates with a team of seasoned advisors, with a strong record of developing and managing the profit centres that comprise this multifaceted company.

GODSWAY HAYIBOR

BOARD MEMBER

Godsway Hayibor, the General Operations Manager of Seabird Ghana Limited, has over 12 years’ experience in the maritime industry. His expertise includes full ship agency services, husbandry, and protective agency services.

Prior to his position at Seabird Ghana, Mr. Hayibor worked as a Boarding Clerk for Sectel Limited, an Operations Assistant for Omega Shipping Agency and Sea & Shore Services. In 2012, he joined Sturrock Shipping Ghana. Ltd. as their Operation Superintendent handling their ports and offshore services.

In addition to his innate intelligence, people-skills, and vast working knowledge of the space, his maritime industry savvy is further backed by qualifications including a Diploma in Shipping Management from IPOHMAS, Tutorship in Understanding Shipping from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS), and the SMTC Global Certification on BOSEIT from the Regional Maritime University.

Mr. Hayibor demonstrates leadership, great communication and a natural affinity for cultivating relationships.

GIFTY AFIA DIKES

With a background in Transport and Logistics from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and several years in the industry, Gifty Dikes’ knowledge and expertise in the industry precedes her. Her professional experience and significant leadership accomplishments in hospitality and the maritime industry are impeccable.

Miss Dikes possesses strong diplomatic skills, professionalism, eloquence, and the ability to build a consensus among diverse individuals. She also applies qualities of integrity, credibility and a passion for progress to the strategic growth of the company.

BELINDA ADIEPENA

When it comes to ship chandelling and supply management, Belinda Adiepena is an expert. She has worked as the Ships Supply Manager for Seabird Ghana Limited for over six years; always providing impeccable services and timely supplies to our clients, with the attention to detail they deserve.

Belinda Adiepena’s expertise is however not limited to the maritime industry. Her problem-solving skills and dedication to excellent customer service, honed by constant practice, have also played a significant part in her success in the healthcare sector. Her focus and emphasis on exceptional customer service and efficiency has served our clients and our company well.

Her quality as a successful motivator sets the pace for other team members to bring a positive attitude to the company.
