Seabird Ghana was honored to welcome the executive team of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Ghana as part of their “Visit to Corporate Members” initiative. This visit marked a significant step in strengthening partnerships within the logistics and transport industry, reinforcing our shared commitment to innovation, leadership development, and industry advancement.
A Meaningful Engagement
Led by Alhaji Saaka Dumba FCILT, Vice President, Road, and accompanied by Mr. Lackson Legah CMILT, Vice President, Finance, and other key members of the Secretariat, the CILT Ghana team engaged in productive discussions with Seabird Ghana’s leadership.
Key areas of discussion included:
• Enhancing Industry Collaboration – Exploring opportunities to work closely with CILT and other stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation in logistics.
• Leadership Development for Women in Logistics – Promoting initiatives that empower and support women in leadership roles within the sector.
• Internship and Capacity Building – Establishing internship opportunities to equip young professionals with the skills needed to thrive in the industry.
• Seabird Ghana’s Participation in CILT Events – Strengthening our involvement in industry conferences, including the African Forum and International Convention.
